Employee of the month – Lee Himsworth (Manageress)

Happy Easter to this spring chick which is Lee our Manageress, this is our ‘Employee of the Month’ for April!!

So where do we start with this crazy lady, Michael always refer to her as his second wife, however in the terms of the two businesses Lee has been a ‘super star’ over these last 10 years. Her drive and commitment to the businesses and myself, Michael and the entire crew has been outstanding.

We inherited Lee when we first took over the businesses back in 2011, she was an asset to the businesses straight away and we knew she had potential. Michael started to train Lee from the onset and she has grown and developed so much over the years, as a Fryer but also a Manager. During lockdown Lee was keen to get back to work as soon as she possibly could and she has been a trooper throughout this whole pandemic. As a business and as a team we have had our ups and downs during these uncertain times, however Lee always has her way of making the shift fun and keeping the team moral up. She has a giggle with the customers and is always running around 100 mph, sometimes we cannot keep up with her however we would not want her any other way.

Well done on completing your Level 3 in Food Hygiene and your Level 2 in Food Allergies Lee, keep striving and we will keep supporting you throughout. Thank you for just being you xxxx
